very professional clinic, very pleased with my results, Andrew always listens to what I want to achieve and carries out the treatment to ensure I get the results I want safely and with realistic goals. Angela is very friendly and welcoming. I wont use anywhere else, trust this practice 100%. Highly recommend and very knowledgeable in their field of work.
I have been going to Regenix since 2016 now, and have always been dealt with professionally, promptly, and with the upmost care. Angela is a treat whenever i walk in, always has a smile on her face, and very proud of what she does, Andrew is always very professional, always goes through everything with me, and makes sure I am comfortable before proceeding. Yes, they are a bit more expensive than others, but his knowledge and experience warrants the price. Reading the negative review, I can confirm I have always been invited back for my 2 weeks follow up appointment, along with my husband, so can only say it was a completely isolated incident. I would recommend Regenix every time.

I visited Andrew rankin for dermal lip filler. I've had fillers before but this was the most expensive, It cost 300 which I had no problem paying for a professional procedure. I had a consultation which was very good and felt confident in proceeding with the filler. After my treatment I had some filler left in the seringe which he put in the fridge. The result was fine, but for me what let this practice down was the service I had no follow up communication and when I contacted them to have my follow up appointment she said he was going on holiday woth nothing else to add .. Not only did I never get a follow up after chasing it up my lips are now left lumpy and I didn't use all of what I originally paid for. I feel quite let down by the practice especially as It was at the high end of the price margin for this type of procedure.
