Definately one downhill. The ladies who run the clinics are doing their best but generally speaking Malvern Health Centre is just a poor image of its past. The turn over of doctors proves a point as does the awful problem trying to obtain an appointment. To put a cap on it patients can only submit a prescription now in person. If you are working or disabled hard cheese!
Firstly it says that the practice is open at 8am, its 8:07am and its apparently closed on the voicemail? I've tried to book an appointment for an ongoing issue with my doctor and I have to wait three weeks? so was told to book online at 7am - again a three week wait, even any other doctor is over a week wait, not great really.
