Trying to access website since Friday..now will have to wait until tomorrow to put repeat prescription in...delayed by 4 days...so much for being easier and quicker !!
Had to ring over 30 time just to talk to someone. The service has gone so far down hill they may as well close the doors they say it's better this way that's why last year they had a 5star rating now down to 1 for me I won't ring again they lost my trust
