It was Far nicer and felt like a old fashioned family doctor's clinic rather than prospect view where it is a group of clinics including occupational therapists and some other practices also incorporating a chemist but sadly it's lost that traditional family doctors feel and the setting doesn't even come close in comparison to the old address where they wereHowever I would like to add the followingHowever my personal experience considering most of my friends tell me I am A fussy and extremely over picky almost to the point of OCD about things A remark like what will follow from me is quite possibly beyond belief and maybe even a miracle.Upon them moving although sadly Gary Smith who was another outstanding doctor has stopped working for the time being is no longer with Link end. However mercifully in my 50 years of seeing many varying doctors the greatest and most outstanding doctor has remained with the surgery.Dr Deshpande Is without question the greatest doctor my family have had the pleasure to meet he is the most professional caring and compassionate Doctor my family who suffer from A rare genetic disease that is not only hard to diagnose but sadly is a devastating incurable and untreatable progressive disease and to further complicate matters my wife has another exceptionally rare disease that less than 1 in 1 million people have and is so often misdiagnosed because of how the disease manifests itself but this doctor went out of his way to learn about the diseases on his own time to be able to provide A better service and care In the 50 years I have seen doctors he is without doubt the best I have ever met.

Great doctors and nurses - very friendly and competent. However, receptionists are rude and not helpful. Every time I call for a question, or to book an appointment, it feels like I'm annoying them.

Receptionists appeared extremely incompetent and unable to use the computer system. Extremely difficult to book an appointment, was made to feel like a nuisance. Doctors themselves all lovely and helpful however.

Had been ill for a week, when feeling some what better contacted the surgery, as I felt I would not recover with out help. They called me back and I was able to see a Dr that PM. An infection was diagnosed. Great service. I'm on the mend. Thank you

They're a good surgery, but their booking system leaves a lot to be desired. You have to ring on the day and not long after 8am to see the doctor. Otherwise you'll rarely get an appointment in less than a week's time.
