I have recently used Ian Hardy, Mortgage Advisor, at Platinum Property and I have to say, he is by far the best Mortgage Advisor I have ever come across. He is incredibly talented when it comes to number crunching, he offers fantastic impartial advice and he is sincere and trustworthy. He is also incredibly responsive and answers email and phone enquiries quickly and efficiently. He is the complete opposite of many of the mortgage advisors I have had dealings with in other estate agencies, who quite clearly seem to be more concerned about their own commission than the customers' needs. I will always go back to Ian for my future mortgage needs and I highly recommend him. He is a credit to the profession and to Platinum Property.
I went to Platinum in Malvern to help me find a rental property. They were wonderfully helpful, showing me a range of properties and arranging a viewing within minutes all with a high level of friendly efficiency. They helped and guided me through the whole process and made everything easy and straightforward. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a property to rent or buy.
Absolutely terriable customer service Travelled over 1 hour to view a property but no one showed, called multiple times got cut off,We were there at 15.00 but apparently the lady waited untill 15.10 find that hard to beileve when we were outside from 15.00 Stay away from this place avoid avoid
Some of the rudest people I have ever met. I would never rent with the company again. They have no care of the welfare of their tenants in terrible house conditions but will be the first to blame their tenants. I won't name the staff but I would recommend you keep well away.
