He found potential buyers quickly for our slightly 'quirky' home, enabling us to make the quick sale that we needed. He then managed the sales process very efficiently. We were looked after very well by all at the Malvern office, including staff brought in from other branches (e.g. Ledbury) to enable us to have viewings at short notice. Nick in particular (not forgetting Hannah and David) was a very good communicator and all the way from their initial valuation to completion acted in a professional and responsive manner. Nick got us a good price for our house and saw us through a fairly trying set of conveyancing circumstances (dilatory buyers, amongst other problems). We certainly recommend John Goodwin to be an honest and fair and diligent estate agent.
I cannot praise the Malvern office staff enough!! From my very first contact about selling my house all the way through to our completion day they were so extremely helpful and supportive. Nothing was too much trouble. Particular mention and praise must be given to Liz Tully who looks after, guides and supports both buyers and sellers once an offer has been accepted. She truly is a Wonder Woman! Whatever the delay or hitch that arrises in any part of the chains (above or below), she will chase solicitors, agents etc and keep things moving.I have absolutely no hesitation in giving this company the highest recommendation.

John Goodwin sold my home in 2016. The team went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure the sale went through to completion. They even compensated for a shockingly poor online estate agent (who's name I wont mention) further down the chain. The feedback from viewings was prompt and their perseverance can only be commended.
