We rented our property.The service from the Kimberleys was highly unprofessional.When we want the property back the house was a mess and was quite a fight to get to original standard with cleaning and replacement.Advice: find another decent agent.

Absolutely appalling and unprofessional service. This is the response I received from the owner when I requested THE signed copy of the contract "what we have is what we have and what you have is what you have and we cannot produce something that we dont have."Avoid at all costs, this is just one episode in a long line of catastrophies.
