Ive used RSM before, but just want to thank Justin and the team after picking up my car today. After having my car towed in, they lent me a courteousy car and Ive been really impressed with the excellent service Ive had. Being a female and not knowing a thing about cars, they took their time to explain everything to me, rather than talking down to me. They were honest & approachable and I felt like I was really looked after. Justin & Dean youve been total stars thank you so much!!

I had my BMW 645CI automatic gearbox serviced a week ago, and the car feels like brand new, so smooth, it's unreal. Highly recommend it, you will definetly feel the difference. Manufacturer says it never needs to be changed, but my car is now around 100.000miles and the gearbox was a bit stiff specially in cold weather. But not any more, huge improvement. I take my two cars there for service and mot. One it's a 40 years old car, and they always look after it.
