Always use the guys at ECS for servicing and repairs on my car. I have always found them to be very reasonably priced, friendly and honest about work that would need doing.

Poor communication in relation to when work could be completed. Advised that I would recieve a call back later in the day which did not happen. Due to the terrible experience, I asked for no work to be done so I could take my car to a more trust worthy garage - dispite this they charged me for an investigation fee even though I was already aware of the fault.
Ive started taking my van to ECS. They are part of the Trust My Garage scheme. Ben and the team are so helpful and honest. I recently had problems with my gearbox and it wasnt as expensive as I thought. Turns out it was the Tuttet and now Im back on the road! Thanks ECS!
I have sent my car to ECS for years and always get great service! I broke down a few weeks ago, outside of business hours, and Ben was there within 10 minutes. The car was towed into the garage, and even though it was major job, Ben had my car back to me the next day! Nothing is ever too much of a hassle for the ECS team and they always offer great service!
