Bought a used car from here 3 months ago. They gave me a 3 month guarantee on parts and labour. The sales team were professional and not pushy, and I went back several times before choosing. They have a good range of affordable quality cars, ranging from about 3K to 12K+. Having spent quite some time shopping around, I concluded that they were in fact quite competitive, and as a small local business keen to keep a good reputation.I had two separate issues with the car, a dead battery and dead alternator (the battery issue was caused by the alternator I suspect). It's an 8 year old car and so this sort of thing can be expected.They were very helpful, replacing the battery and alternator without argument. I was quoted 400 for the alternator repairs from my usual garage before realising I was still in the warranty period, and so was very happy with the service.I would highly recommend this place and will certainly be buying my next car from them.
Excellent service from Malvern Motor Services on New Year's Eve 2018. I had been to drive from Malvern to London the day before but the car unfortunately had different ideas, manifesting in a strangely jerky ride and eventual appearance of tracking control and then engine lights. Having returned to Malvern I was able to take the car in to Malvern Motor Services first thing on New Year's Eve and they fixed the problem very quickly (misfiring 4th cylinder due to corrosion of coil pack). Friendly and helpful service.
Fantastic garage, I have used MMS for the last 10 years and would never go anywhere else. I trust them completely and they always meet my requests to have my vehicle back asap as I need it for my work. Lovely chaps and super receptionsist, Andie.
Good workmanship, however the reception staff can be easily offended when your being polite and friendly! I personally will not use again, as I felt that they went over the top when I was simply being friendly :-(
