The guy is there is really nice but the women are miserable and the one with short hair and classes is very rude and judgemental

Just read the appalling review by Jason. As a fellow Subpostmaster, Malvern Link were completely correct in what they did. These are instructions from Post Office and stipulated in their agreement with Royal Mail. The sorting office (sic) were completely out of order.It isn't actually a sorting office, that's done in Birmingham - it's just a Mail Delivery office and one that doesn't have a clue.
They offer pretty much all post office services and they're not usually too busy.
