Exceptionally rude manager. Would never use this post office again, stay away unless you'd like to be spoken down to - I have had better customer service from the Morrisons self service machine.
Always find this post office a pleasant place with friendly helpful staff. Has a couple of counters and easy to post a parcel or hand in a return. Nice selection of cards and stationery supplies. Well lit and clean. Think they will do the Amazon QR return system in the near future.
The Manager could learn some customer service skills
