I think I have had a better Chinese from here before writing this review but most recently I visited at 23:30 and felt the quality of food was very poor. Literally a tub of grease. It's like the later you order the more likely you'll be served a spring roll swimming in grease!However I will be ordering again much much earlier to see if this was a one off.Friendly staff and didn't have to wait long to receive my bag of grease.

First time at kwai and very disappointed which is a shame. I only had the vegetable chow mein but it had no flavour at all! My boyfriend had the chicken curry which he said was nice but the chow mein is no good.
A good Chinese takeaway in Malvern link-top. Personally, I prefer the Star, which has slightly better food and a nice pub to drink at while you wait. Food at Kwai's is a bit cheaper, is still tasty, and is prepared more rapidly, though. Plus they deliver.
