Large queue ( good sign) but not a long wait. Large cod and regular chips. Still had to leave a lot of chips!

A true treat. We had the gluten-free fish and chips, made with haddock. Lovely and crisp, it was happily devoured by everyone, even those who don't need to avoid gluten. The chips had gone soggy by the time we got them home, as they do, but crisped up beautifully in the oven while we were getting out plates and cutlery. Do phone in your order, so you don't need to spend so much time queuing up. The locals know a good thing, so the place is jammed.Take-away only.
