Really great spa, friendly staff, comfortable room, great selection for breakfast. Dinner a disappointment. Ordered pigeon breast to start and it was so tough, I couldn't even cut it. Didn't complain but when the waitress came to collect our starter plates she saw my pigeon breast uneaten and asked if it was ok, I replied, no, not really, it was so tough, I was unable to cut it. My main course was only very average, with far too much garlic used. My wife, was also disappointed with her dinner. Not only did they not offer to remove the cost of my starter off our bill, but when we left the following morning, I had been charged twice for dinner! So, thank you Malvern Spa Hotel for the Spa, hotel room and great breakfast, but you need to talk to the chef regards dinner. Four star rated hotel, with a two star restaurant.
. Was disappointed with the breakfast very bland. Have to get your own toast which meant my breakfast was cold by the time I got back. the lockers can be confusing. Several didn't even work. There aren't enough loungers. And people are allowed to leave their towels on them all day preventing anyone else using them .Beautician's are very friendly and do a good jobPool is lovely .Not sure id come here again tho expensive .
I had the deluxe spa break for 2 a week ago. I went with my girlfriend as we had a spa day there a year ago. It included staying the night, dinner for 2, use of the spa and also 1 x 1 hour treatment each. I had a full body massage which was amazing and my girlfriend had the same. She then added a 1 hour facial which she said was amazing and so relaxing. The heated pool is great and as part of it you can stay until the pool closes at about 9pm. And you can have drink by the pool. The pool goes outside which is great when it's cold. The first time k went it was snowing so it was a weird but wonderful experience. We had lunch which was ok and later we had dinner. The dinner was really nice and we also enjoyed the wine. From the outside the hotel doesn't really say 5 star experience but it definitely is. On the inside it's great and the people and services are amazing. We will be back in the future
I only was there for a short time to assist my daughter, but the staff were hear, at an early hour of 3am, cheerful helpful and the place is really clean. Thanks go to the staff who helped me , you know who you are. Happy New year
Called up and spoke to a lovely lady on the phone about trying out the gym, I asked if I could come down and try the gym out to see whether I liked it , she said this was no problem. When I arrived I was told by another lady we do not do free trials I was quite surprised as most gyms in this day and age will allow this to attract members, so I am expected to sign up and pay before I even know if Im going to like the facilities ??? I even said I am willing to pay for one session and again the response was we do not do that terrible service !!! Would not recommend ! Staff very unhelpful and processes out of date ??? Will not be recommending it or returning .You clearly all ready have enough members and capital .... thank you Malvern spa
