A modest family run hotel with good rooms, great beer, astonishingly good dinners, brilliant breakfasts, and a wonderful location in the centre of town. I always come here if they're not already fully booked

This is good place to stop if visiting theatre or anywhere else in Great Malvern. Breakfast is great. If combining with a Malvern theatre visit then book hotel via theatre booking office for best deal.
I have visited this hotel on 2 occasions to eat now and cannot fault the wonderful food. The owner Jeremy runs a tight ship standards are very high from the excellent customer service to the superb food it is first class. Highly recommend cannot fault on any way. Especially service from Lewis he enjoys his job always service with a smile and great attention to detail
