They washed my clothes in with other clothes and all my dark clothes came back covered in white fluff balls, I would struggle to do a worse job of it....
Great service been using marshalls 8 years originally from Ledbury used priory cleaners let down a few times but the girls in here are friendly and provide a great service god bless them
I dropped off my laundry just for ironing after Christmas and phoned twice over 7 days to see if it was ready. When we called after being told it was ready we were offered someone else's ironing and told their machine had broken down. After a 10 min search our ironing was found but they had no ticket their side for it ... so if it has not been found their was no record of what was in the basket. I took it away from them un-ironed as the risk was too great.
Would recommend, I have been using Marshall Drycleaners for years to do my laundry, I always receive it on time, clean and packed very neatly. No complaints other then the sign outside, which they have changed recently.
