A friend recommended me to Bright & Beautiful after they were so impressed with their one off clean. I now use them on a regular basis as the standard of cleaning is brilliant and they are so reliable. The ladies are always cheerful and if I ask them to do anything extra they are always happy to help!!
The cleaning was to a high standard but care was not taken with things being put back as the cleaners wished meaning many things went missing and in some rooms it was obvious a rush clean was done. High priority areas such as the family bathroom were missed too. Although initial payment was made in advance, lack of attention to detail from the manager meant monies were taken again resulting in double payment for a substandard clean. Agreements that were made in writing such as the manager coming for a spot check to ensure satisfaction were 'forgotten' and not followed through. When dates for the clean were changed, again lack of attention to detail from the manager meant the cleaners entered my home without knowlege causing distress and disruption, leaving a feeling of being violated. Stay well clear from this company; it does not deliver even a basic standard of customer care or attention, disregarding the customer's needs and wishes after payment is taken.
