While the staff were generally helpful, professional and friendly the NHS dentist was rude, unhelpful and I would have to say verging on incompetent given what happened when I sought a second opinion with Malvern Spring dental practice. Avoid at all costs.
No experience no contact a mistake
Absolute butchers, don't touch with a barge pole. My partner was given a filling but the dentist drilled into her nerve, then refused to accept that she had done so despite repeated visits and telling the dentist that she was in pain. We had to pay for a private dentist to sort it out
Absolutely amazing service I received today!! Cecilia is an amazing dentist who treated me very well and explained everything to me in great detail as I struggle with this. All the staff are welcoming and helpful
