(Review from Jean Moore)Having been with Becon a number of years, I have to say ,from someone who was frightened of the Dentist, I look forward to going and seeing everyone from the receptionist ,to David my dentist And Nicky my hygienist. I have to thank them after going to a dentist who felt i didnt need to see a hygienist,to find out that was completely wrong. I have now got to have a denture because of that.I feel that every one cares about you as a person and to be treated as a friend is lovely.
I have been a patient at Beacon for around 8 years now and have never found the experience anything short of exceptional! From the warm welcome and complimentary tea or coffee on arrival, to the treatment received. I have always felt like my dentist and hygienist genuinely care about me and my teeth/gums. They always have time to answer questions or explain things. I would absolutely recommend Beacon dental care.
Amazing team! Was never a massive fan of the dentist, but Katie Moore (Dental Hygienist) made me feel really relaxed. The rest of the team are always happy and welcoming. I will be returning for many years to come.
One metal filling which should have been a root canal, myriad expensive dental hygiene visits. Would not touch thhem with a barge pole. Found a dentist who did the root canal procedure immediately to remove the immense pain and who told me hygiene visits only necessary once every six months - also cheaper each visit!
