Been with this vets for quite a few years now never had no reason to find any faults in what they do I've had to use the emergency out of hours service that one's the phone call was made within half an hour I was at the vets meeting a gentleman who had come to unlock and let us inThe ladies or gentleman that may be behind the counter on entering are all very good they have a basic but fully functioning waiting area with a bowl of water down should your animal 1 to drink other than that I must be reasonably happy as I believe I've been a customer on and off over the last 15 years or so
Usual 5 star no fuss service again today. Had to have Jim sorted for a scooting issue. Nurse was brilliant, chatting away and Jim was totally at ease. Made a big fuss of him, much to his delight. Keep up the good work and thank you for a same day appointment for his majesty :-)
Outstanding vet practice with a knowledgeable and kind team providing very friendly care and advice. We have been so grateful for their approach and health provision with our many animals ranging from rabbits to donkeys. Out of hours service also really appreciated when needed.
The best vets I've used. Everyone is so caring and kind. The vests are extremely knowledgeable and very passionate about the animals they see. Run by people who care about the animals and not about lining their pockets as some vets are. Would recommend them to any owners who love their pets and wish them to have the very best of treatment and care. Karen.
Have been with these vets with a total of 8 cats over the last 30 years and owe so much to the whole Avenue Road team. They are totally professional and so very, very kind to the animals and owners.
