The service I had at this store was just amazing I find. the staff so helpful and the manager always is on hand to give advice. I bought a heavy kitchen item that was delivered by two very kind men my partner is in a wheelchair so I have no help they moved the item to exactly where I wanted it very kind and helpful.
Massively overpriced. If you want to support the charity, then you may as well donate directly, online. It is clear that the store is about strategic marketing and are too concerned with figures and statistics as opposed to helping the struggling people in their hospices. The manager is disorganised, abrupt, unhelpful, and outright rude to customers. I shan't be shopping at this store anytime soon and will be encouraging my friends to support other local charities.
Disgusted by the treatment from staff towards my friend and I in store. Acting as if money is lost when an item in store is broken, DESPITE the fact that all items are donations, is truly reflected in the prices and manner of many of the member's of staff in store (particularly the manager). Will not be shopping here again as there are plenty other more grateful charity shops that will happily accept my service.
Probably the most impressive second hand shop I've ever been to! And don't forget to go to the book shop over the road.
