Really helpful staff, my dog has epilepsy and we needed a slow eat bowl and they sorted us out no problem, and even recommended a more nutritional food than the one we were currently getting for the same price!
The groom room staff are brilliant. Taken both my dogs and always looked after and treated like their own.Even Paco my rottie left today in her own Halloween Bandana
Shop average. Vets very friendly. Service with a smile. Offers still not applied, although issues raised 3 times now, so very costly so far. Be sure to get introductory money off BEFORE paying first time around. Don't be convinced you need ALL the policies that are resold. You likely do not. Google search "pet insurance". Far cheaper. The pay as you go treatment plan is okay at 10 per month if you really think your furry friend needs flea/tick etc EVERY month. I don't.
Always been a pleasure shopping in Pets at Home. Have a great range of food, snacks and items available for all small animals within the store. Rabbits, Guinea Pigs, Hamsters and ones up for adoption for sale here too. Cannot comment on the products accessories, and services for larger animals.
