Arranged to meet Terry at 11 for a replacement key fob for my 16 plate fiesta, ended up waiting for 20minutes for him to arrive(no apology for lateness). Once finished he said he'd meet me in the shop whilst still sat in my car I said it's fine I'll wait with my car then asked me how am i for time because he wanted to test a new computer to see if it'd reprogram my key the same( I wonder if that's why he wanted me to wait in the shop) I refused. Very happy with my key but i left feeling annoyed at how the service went.
