It's OK, my kid loves the pool. I use the gym, it's got adequete equipment and there's not usually a queue for anything. The equipment is dated although does work. No boxing equipment, the ceilings are low so exercises like cleans and press are limited. The changing rooms are grim, not sure why? as the staff are constantly cleaning them. The saunas need a clean. The staff are mostly friendly and helpful but that does depend who you speak to. Opening times are a little strange and do not match what's advertised. The booking system for tee classes does not reflect the size or fulness of the class, I tend to just turn up and am yet to be turned away.I am looking for an alternative gym in the area following the pool closure. The feedback from the team has been vague and inaccurate.

I took my children swimming a couple of days ago I couldn't believe how filthy the changing rooms were, Both kids loved the pool especially the wave machine, I understand it's an old pool but there is no excuse for it to be so dirty.When we finished our swim we stopped for ice cream in the cafe I asked the young lady that served us if she could get someone to go and clean the changing room floors she said she would but at no point whist my kids ate their ice cream did she talk to anyone. Today I had to take my eldest son to the chemist as he was complaining of an itchy foot so asked the pharmacist to have a look he said it's a veruca NOT IMPRESSED
I use the gym here 6 days a week. Great facilities for beginners and more experienced gym users. PTs and staff are always welcoming and friendly. Would 10/10 recommend Malvern Splash.
Love it, good value, I go for swimming and take my daughter too. I also use the crche for my son which is really useful. Friendly & welcoming
