Great gym. Non intimidating and extremely friendly. Staff are really helpful and the personal training sessions are tailored to you. Definitely worth popping in to take a look next time you are passing.
Really great gym. Non-intimidating with lots of people from all ages. There is always a member of staff on duty to help you and motivate you. Also the personal training sessions are superb and totally designed around you. Very clean and the changing rooms are also very clean and spacious.
Great gym, plenty of equipment to use with a wide variety of machines! Atmosphere is very friendly and non intimidating. The staff are great and always on hand to show you equipment!Classes are also good but would be nice to have a few more ie kettlebells and boxing back again! Really enjoying being a member here, would thoroughky recommend!
