Fantastic example of customer service from Keene Electronics. I initially contacted them to ask if they could help me with a project to remotely control my Sky Q system from my new Sony TV. Mark was extremely helpful replying to all my emails (even on bank holidays and at weekends) and even wrote a custom version of firmware for their KIRAQ control module so that I could have every function working exactly as I wanted. This level of customer service is practically unheard of these days. Well done Keene Electronics!
Site lists items as being in stock when they are not. You can pay for next day delivery and then their interpretation of next day delivery is the day after they get stock. It is possible to get a refund but you have to make the effort to get it.OK if they have stock but their processes mean that they are too unreliable to be trusted.
Was recommended this company by a friend to get my home theatre and multiroom setup sorted. What can I say - great customer service here. They are friendly and very helpful when you need technical questions answered. The delivery came a lot earlier than expected too. I'll be buying from Keene again very soon.
