Some very good deals especially during the sale. Staff v.friendly but could possibly be a little more helpful.

Staff were friendly, building was modern, shop was clean and tidy. They were tollerant of our kids even 5 mins before closing.They would have got 5 stars but we went there for a camping stove and whilst they had both a camping stove and gas canisters, they didn't have gas canisters which were compatible with their only camping stove... a bit of an oversight by the management there, me thinks.
I shopped here a few weeks ago now but stumbled across a place where i can leave a review. I went in looking for some camping equipment for a trip. Didn't have everything i needed but a member of staff helped me place an order online. Everything good with that. Great selection of items.However, I spent a little bit of time in this store before i was helped and as i was browsing and overheard this gentleman talk to a female member of staff. I couldn't believe how rude he was to her. He clearly doesn't have any respect for his staff at all nor manners. I thought that was an appalling thing to do in the store. In front of lots of customers. I really felt sorry for the girl. To make things worse this is the Manager of the store, Chris. I have been personally served by him before and it wasn't a pleasant meeting then. I think its shocking that Mountain Warehouse employ people who deal with the public and don't appear to have an ounce of respect for anyone. Certainly wont be returning.
Second Mountain Warehouse store in Malvern. Stocks similar items to the original store and perhaps slightly wider range. Easier parking than on Church Street however, on the fringe of the town and in a retail park that can get very busy (often queues of cars entering and leaving - best time to go is between 9 and 10 in the morning during the week). Goods always seem to be on sale or two for one so RRP is perhaps more of a guide. The store caters for young children sizes through to larger adult sizes. Staff seem helpful and if on mailing list often receive discount coupons through the post.
