If time and money is not an issue with you, Enterprise may still give you the service I used to admire and returned to many times. If however, you are in a state of uncertainty and stress, like for instance when you need a van to move or clear a house after the untimely death of a loved one, dont even try to find the entrance to the new offices of Malvern Enterprise. Or phone the distant land where their call centre is located. Horrible experience from start to finish, when I walked out on the verge of tears.
