Given a one star is an exaggeration as they deserve 0 stars Rude and disinterested staff who are only being smart arsed and wanting me to pay again for the work that I have already paid for I absolutely dislike rude and unhelpful staff.If people don't leave reviews they won't learn from the behaviour.
I always thought Halfords was a particularly slimy little turd, lying in the gutter of society. Many a time have I had to fix an incorrectly built bike that came from that shop, be it forks the wrong way around, incorrectly fitted tyres or a steering column that was not straight. But yesterday my beloved new rim bent, yet Matt trued it up like new in a matter of minutes. Quality parts and excellent service, smiley face.
Called store prior to setting off for aircon to be fixed. Get there after forty minutes they cant do it as they dont have the equipment to do my car. Would it have been to much for them to ask what type of car you have beforehand or even mentioning on the phone that certain cars they do not do. Not happy.
E BIKE TAKEN IN DUE TO BATTERY NOT WORKING. STAFF WERE NOT BOTHERED. KEPT CHANGING THE DAYS THE BIKE WOULD BE READY. ENDED UP TAKING THE BIKE ELSWHERE FOR REPAIR EVEN THOUGH STILL UNDER WARRANTY. WOULD NOT RECOMMENDED THE STORE AT ALL.
Excellent store, usually busy.Always try to help and found them to be very knowledgeable (car and bike) . If they don't know will try and find out for you. Would suggest that some of the negative reviews here say more about the customers than the staff, you get what you give etc.
